Onsite Service & Support
Onsite Labor
This is our standard onsite labor rate. One hour minimum on onsite service, billed in half hour increments thereafter. Calls located more than 15 miles away from Full Access will be charged a travel fee.
- Residential Onsite Service: $95/Hour
- Commercial Onsite Service: $95/Hour
- After Hours Support $125/Hour
Advanced Server Support
This is the labor rate for advanced onsite server support. We support all Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
- Advanced Server Support: $95/Hour
Networking & Cable Installation
We can design, install, and maintain your office's network. We offer free quotes on networking jobs.
- Network Cable Installation: $135/Drop
Onsite Travel Fees
Service calls located 15 miles or further from Full Access will be charged an onsite travel fee on their first hour of support.
- 0-14 Miles: No Charge
- 15-29 Miles: $25
- 30-39 Miles: $35
- 40-49 Miles: $50
- 50-60 Miles: $65
- 60+ Miles: Call For Quote
Computer Pickup & Delivery
Let us deliver your computer onsite and reconnect all the peripherals - cables, speakers, printers, etc. We'll test your computer after we've set it up it to ensure everything is working properly. Fee is for one-way pickup or delivery.
- 0-14 Miles: $35
- 15-29 Miles: $60
- 30-39 Miles: $85
- 40-60 Miles: $125
- 60+ Miles: Call For Quote
